It's been a while

Man, this year is a lot more than I had expected. I'm glad that I didn't take another class at the moment, I simply don't know how I could have coped with 5 classes. Of course my computer classes are difficult, but it's at least stuff that I know I can learn, unlike this damn philosophy class. RIght now I'm about to start on the reading for fridayday's philosophy class, considering we're reading from Spinoza (this guy's writings are impossible to fucking descipher).

I keep thinking about when Sandy and I climbed Mt. Monadnock, it seems like forever ago now, but it was only on labor day weekend. We made it all the way to the top, even in the worst posisble footware! School is already starting to bring me down, and I can feel that all too soon the snow will begin to fly, and another year will begin to die.

Ranting a raving lunatic

Man, is it just me, or is this whole oil price thing total bullshit? Big Oil is bleeding us dry. I've made it a point to drive as little as possible, because the prices are going through the fucking roof and the sky's the limit. I can't even form a coherent thought right now, it's so damn infuriating! And now the wonderful hurricane has wrecked a bunch of our refineries, kick ass. We're heading for some pretty serious shit, the cost of everythign is sky rocketing too, becasue it's mostly shipped by truck. And where the hell is our new forms of energy, where are our hydrogen fule cells? No where, and it's not becasue it can't be done, it's because the money isn't going to keep these oil tycoons rich. If we spent a fraction of the US millitary budget on something worth wild, we'd be all set. But no, this is america, land of the enslaved and home of the ignorant.
